MASTER MAKERS — TERMS OF SERVICE & MASTER AGREEMENT

This Master Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between MASTER MAKERS ("Licensor/Engineer") and the purchaser ("Licensee/Client").

By purchasing the Master Rapper Package, the Client agrees to the following terms regarding Beat Licensing, Audio Engineering Services, and Product Guarantees.

SECTION 1:

NON-EXCLUSIVE UNLIMITED LICENSE (BEATS)

The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive right to use the provided instrumentals to create an unlimited number of new vocal songs ("The Songs").

1. Rights Granted & Performance Verdict

  • Streaming Distribution: UNLIMITED commercial streams (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, etc.)

  • Physical/Digital Sales: UNLIMITED copies sold (CDs, Vinyl, Downloads)

  • Music Videos / Monetized Videos: UNLIMITED video views (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)

  • Live Performances: UNLIMITED public performances and broadcast radio play.

2. Instrumental Ownership & Copyright

The Licensor (MASTER MAKERS) retains 100% full copyright ownership of the underlying instrumental compositions and audio recordings.

This license does NOT transfer ownership of the beats to the Licensee.

3. Royalty Splits & Publishing

For any commercial release of any Song created using these instrumentals, the copyright splits shall be registered as follows:

  • Master Royalty Split: 100% to Licensee (Artist) / 0% to Licensor (MASTER MAKERS)

  • Publishing / Writer's Share: 50% to Licensee (Artist) / 50% to Licensor (MASTER MAKERS)

4. Strict Restrictions

  • NO YOUTUBE CONTENT ID / AUDIO FINGERPRINTING: The Licensee is strictly prohibited from registering any Song created with these instrumentals with any Content ID system (such as YouTube Content ID, Identifyy, TuneCore Social, etc.).

  • NO RESELLING: The Licensee cannot resell, lease, or redistribute the raw instrumental tracks, full mixes, or stems to any third party.

5. Credit Mandate

The Licensee agrees to display production credit on all digital platforms, layouts, and physical media as: "Produced by MASTER MAKERS" or "Prod. MASTER MAKERS".

SECTION 2:

THE 100% MONEY-BACK "NO CAP" GUARANTEE.

If the Client absolutely hates the products and does not meet expectations, Master Makers will issue a 100% refund, provided the following strict conditions are met:

  1. Forfeiture Agreement: The Client must sign a legal document permanently forfeiting the right to use, distribute, or release any of the audio files (beats) provided by Master Makers.

  2. Written Notice: The Client must send a personal email detailing the exact reasons for dissatisfaction.

    This email must explicitly begin with the phrase: "I hated Master Makers' hiphop beats because..."

Upon completion of these two requirements, the 100% refund will be processed to the original payment method within thirty (30) days.
